I had a hard time when I was at residential school. The other boys always teased me. The boys would goad me into trying to do something like getting into a fight and sometimes I would, but I would get caught and punished. However, I good thing about being teased all the time is that I got “thick-skinned”. I learned to stand up for myself whether I was right or wrong. I became tougher about all things.
